Super Model

Hey I am a Fashion model. Here I am modeling the latest design from
bluealvarez.com my girl Jen's joint. She is a wonderful knitter, designer and engineer. A Renaissance Woman to be sure.

And she gave this jacket to me ! It is super warm, and while I initially thought it a little youthful for old girl, I love wearing it, it is so soft and cozy and my husband thinks its cute !

Jen and I also did a little swap, she gave me some luscious brown Mostly Merino and I hauled in my stash of Donegal Tweed into Circles because I wanted Allison to see it too. I have a huge stash of this stuff that I was just collecting. It's weird how people collect stuff. I was coveting the Donegal and Kureopatora #4 by Noro. I know other knitters must do this, but I have yet to hear anyone admit it publicly. The group I hang around with are so practical, always trying to knit up their stash. Gee.
Any way Jen picked out some of it to make a skirt. I can't wait to see what she does with it.

Happy Thanksgiving every one. I am going to measured Tusker the potbellied pig for his sweater tomorrow. If he bites me, I'll kick his pork butt !
