Well we survived the heat wave of July 2006. Barely. If there is another I am getting a new AC and SOMEBODY (who does read this BLOG or any other )better darn well get ready to carry it up 3 flights of stairs !
HMMPH !
I will have to say this, I brought a second brush in order to keep up with the shedding around here. Surprisingly, given her sometimes - ah - "witchy" nature, Bitty loved being groomed. In fact, there was so much fur that Mark remarked, "Hey looks like about a skeins worth here"
Gotta love 'em.
But the heat detereth not. I started a gift for my niece, the one who said:
"You better stop knitting for all these little kids and finish my bag "
27 years old.
Sheessh.
And I finished a wee pair of socks for my favorite 2 year old.
No pics yet, the camera melted.

Hello!
Glad to meet you at the knitting ellipse. Don't laugh, I saw dog fur yarn at Mass. Sheep & Wool this spring! Cat Fur can't be far behind...
Thank goodness the heat has abated!
Your camera melted. Heh.
That was a joke, wasn't it?
Heat. Waves. Totally. Suck. :)
And I seem to have a whole bag of dryer lint/cat fur on the dryer... Hmmmm...
Hey honey, if it heats up again, come over and plunk yourself in my living room, which has an air conditioner. But leave that skein of cat hair at home!
I'll carry your air conditioner.
But then I ain't leavin.
Hey, thanks for the fried chicken tips! It was great and I didn't kill anyone!!!
