I am sorry, because I have a bit to say and I know how I feel when my favorite bloggers don't post on a regular basis. I an also slow about putting up my favorite links to show the proper love and respect for things and people I love and respect. I will try to do better in the future.
I have been working on finishing the ponchos for my 3 nieces and the Maxwell Jacket for my self. A N Y D A Y N O W I will have a new garment. (Thanks Nik for the zipper info, that site is fab !)
I did repair a hole in a sweater, doesn't that count for something ?
I do have a surprise guest who popped into Circles last Thursday ! What a nice surprise ! Of all the yarns stores in the world she had to walk into mine !
It is The Bookish Girl
wearing the Hot Lava Cardigan designed by my darling Blue Alvarez. Booky had just finished it and and was in need of a button. We had a grand time picking out buttons, and since they all had their merits there are several contenders. I apologize for the picture. I was so excited that she let me take it, as she knew I would probably blog about it. The cardi looks great on her, my photography skills do not do her justice.
That is what is fun about living in Boston, so many knitters, so many knit blogs.
And we are always running in to each other !
