10 years ago: I was single, living in Cambridge MA, working, partying, unfocused, living from day to day. My cat and constant companion Nadine was 15 years old and still a great hunter. I had been at my primary job for 10 years and started a second job.
5 years ago: I had been married for over 2 years, we were both working. We moved had to Roslindale,from Cambridge. Nadine had passed away and we acquired 'the boys' Marvin and Winston.
1 year ago: I may have been at my inlaws this time of year on Cape Cod, finishing up my feather and fan shell in expresso Zodiac or my Pink cotton boogie vest, I had lost about 18 pounds and was feeling pretty good. Husband was going on an extended stay at his folks to help with some repairs on the homestead. Car is paid off but Struggles as always with money and bills.
Yesterday: I opened Circles for Allison, then went to Marshalls to work a shift there, went back to Circles to run reports and make sure all was well. Went home. Yes,I work three jobs. But intend to cut down on the corporate retailer in the very near future. Gave up on a shawl I wanted to knit for a charity, I got discouraged because their is no way I was going to have it finished and I wanted to get back to other projects, My Fleece Artist Cardi, My Maxwell jacket in Interlacement #207 and Blackberry Ridge green, and the Must Have Cardi.
Today: I felt I was being followed on to the subway car. I couldn't shake the feeling. Odd, eerie ...it was Kris (see above)! lol ! What a great way to start the day. O Boston ! The joint is lousy with Knit Bloggers. Sheesh.
Tomorrow: I am going to do some knitting. I am going to copy some documents and finish some pleadings. I am going to go to the post office and get a m.o. for a reading lamp I brought on EBAY (Better to withknit in bed, my dears), mail Putney Vermont T shirts to my folks, and the book to devav of Variegations group.
And starve as I started WW. AGAIN.
5 snacks I enjoy: Cheese and crackers, smoked oysters, proscuetto, salami. boiled eggs, Cheese puffys.
